Tierra Group actualizó los Procedimientos Operativos Estándar del Condado (SOPs por sus siglas en inglés) para las operaciones municipales para mantener la conformidad del Condado con los requisitos para los vertidos de aguas pluviales desde el sistema municipal separado de alcantarillado del Condado (MS4) bajo el Sistema de Permiso de Vertidos de Colorado (CDPS por sus siglas en inglés). Tierra Group actualizó los Planes de Control de Escorrentía (RCPs por sus siglas en inglés) para la instalación de Castle Rock Ops y Gailen Buck para reflejar los mejoramientos del sitio que afectan el sistema de gestión de aguas pluviales de cada sitio. Además, Tierra Group es autor de un nuevo Plan Control de Escorrentía para la Parcela de la Carretera Moore para documentar todos los controles de aguas pluviales en el sitio para la protección de la calidad del agua de las aguas receptoras locales. La Parcela de la Carretera Moore incluirá una yarda de Obras Públicas eventualmente, así como el Centro de Operaciones de Vehículos de Emergencia del Condado.
