Tierra Group completó un estudio de compensación para evaluar el aumento de la instalación de almacenamiento de relaves existente (TSF) o la construcción de un nuevo TSF en la mina Robinson de KGHM en el condado de White Pine, Nevada. Se desarrolló una Matriz de decisión alternativa (ADM) utilizando parámetros cualitativos y cuantitativos ponderados para evaluar las dos opciones. Se realizó una visita al sitio para comprender las prácticas operativas y los desafíos que informan el desarrollo de ADM. Tierra Group trabajó en colaboración con las operaciones de relaves de Robinson y los equipos ambientales para garantizar que las evaluaciones de las opciones de expansión de TSF incluyan el conocimiento institucional de los miembros del equipo de "botas en el suelo".
