Tierra Group reviewed and provided pit slope recommendations and conducted hydrological assessments for the Resource 1 and 2 deposits water management system at Troy Resources’ Karouni Mine (Karouni). Advanced pre-feasibility level recommendations for pit development were provided based on benchmarking slope performance from nearby pits and complementary geotechnical drilling to identify extents and failure mechanisms in saprolitic, transitional and fresh rock units.

Tierra Group also performed the pre-feasibility design of the Hicks Pit which included geotechnical investigation supervision and pit slope stability analysis.

Additionally, Tierra Group conducted a slope stability analysis for Troy Resources’ Hicks 4 Phase 2 North Wall Failure and provided recommendations for stable pit configurations.
